Large reinforcements of the Syrian army arrive in the countryside of Raqqa

On Saturday, local media sources reported that the Syrian army forces brought new military reinforcements to the areas of Sufyan and the vicinity of the town of Debsi, which are under their control in the countryside of the city of Tabqa, west of Raqqa, where the headquarters of the combing operations command that will be carried out by the Fifth Corps forces will be taken from Tabqa military airport.

The sources added that the reinforcements were brought from the countryside of Hama and the countryside of Homs, and included heavy weapons, four-wheel drive cars and about 100 personnel, in order to contribute to a large combing campaign in the western and eastern countryside of Deir al Zour.
